There were only three Class 13's and these worked Tinsley hump yard. Being a GRONK lover, I liked them, so I built one.

ELECTRIC MULTIPLE UNITS (EMU's)

Ready-To-Run Triang 4 CAR SR EMU These have been suplemented by a trailer coach to form the correct formation in which they ran. They can also be used in 2,3,4,6,8 car formations. The nearest real units to these models were the three car units of the LSWR. I have converted one unit of 4 cars by rewheeling 7 bogies with metal wheels, the eighth is the original motor bogie which I found a very good runner indeed, the rear bogie of the DMBSO has been altered to enable electrical pickup to prevent stalling at points etc. The unit was resprayed in SR stock green, and then fitted with flush windows.
